La notion de<strong> \u00ab\u00a0genre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> y d\u00e9signe les r\u00f4les, les comportements, les activit\u00e9s et les attributions qu\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e consid\u00e8re comme appropri\u00e9s pour les femmes et pour les hommes (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coe.int\/fr\/web\/conventions\/full-list\/-\/conventions\/rms\/0900001680084840\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Convention d\u2019Istanbul<\/a>). <strong>Les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genre<\/strong> renvoient, quant \u00e0 eux, aux pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s qui fixent des r\u00f4les sexu\u00e9s et l\u00e9gitiment les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s de sexe, le sexisme et l\u2019homophobie. Le genre se veut un outil d\u2019analyse des rapports sociaux de sexe.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-441-0-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-441-0-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Double discrimination (li\u00e9e au sexe et \u00e0 l\u2019origine)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Ce concept voit le jour dans les ann\u00e9es 1990, lorsque la question de la lutte contre les discriminations devient visible au sein des politiques publiques en Europe, y compris en France. Le concept de double discrimination vise \u00e0 rendre compte du fait que \u00ab Les femmes, toutes les femmes, sont en raison de leur sexe biologique particuli\u00e8rement et sp\u00e9cifiquement vuln\u00e9rable au racisme, \u00e0 la discrimination raciale, \u00e0 la x\u00e9nophobie et \u00e0 l\u2019intol\u00e9rance qui y est associ\u00e9e. \u00bb (F. Gaspard, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/womenwatch\/daw\/csw\/gaspard45.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Lutter conjointement contre le sexisme et le racisme<\/em><\/a>, 2001).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-441-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-441-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-441-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Intersectionnalit\u00e9\/approche intersectionnelle<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>C\u2019est \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980, apr\u00e8s les d\u00e9bats autour du Black f\u00e9minisme (1960-1970), que le concept d\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 appara\u00eet dans les universit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines. Cette approche voulait mettre en lumi\u00e8re, dans les discriminations et les violences subies par les femmes noires, l\u2019intersection entre le sexisme et le racisme.<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons que les d\u00e9bats f\u00e9ministes ont toujours pos\u00e9 la question de la diff\u00e9rence de conditions et de positions des femmes (relative aux classes sociales et aux appartenances nationales, ethniques, culturelles et cultuelles, orientations sexuelles). D\u2019o\u00f9 la diversit\u00e9 des courants au sein du mouvement f\u00e9ministe. D\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1970, Collette Guillaumin r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit sur le croisement du sexisme et du racisme <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>(1)<\/strong><\/span>. Elle d\u00e9montre comment ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes ne se situent pas dans un rapport \u00e0 un Autre r\u00e9el, mais dans la construction symbolique de la diff\u00e9rence \u00e0 travers l\u2019id\u00e9e de nature. Elle analyse ainsi la formation de groupes racis\u00e9s et sexis\u00e9s comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment servant au groupe majoritaire pour s\u2019auto-identifier, se proclamer sup\u00e9rieur et asseoir le rapport de domination. Ces logiques op\u00e8rent, comme le souligne Guillaumin, par le dispositif formel et informel de la d\u00e9sindividualisation : les individus sont assign\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 du groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, avec le d\u00e9veloppement diversifi\u00e9 de l\u2019approche intersectionnelle, l\u2019emploi du terme \u00ab\u00a0racis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb va prendre d\u2019autres acceptions. Le concept d\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 conna\u00eet, en effet, un \u00e9largissement de sens. Initialement, il d\u00e9signe l\u2019imbrication des dominations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la classe sociale, au sexe et \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0race\u00a0\u00bb. Puis, il accueille des d\u00e9veloppements th\u00e9oriques qui emploient le terme \u00ab\u00a0racis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pour mettre l\u2019accent sur l\u2019articulation des identit\u00e9s\/in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, dues \u00e0 l\u2019intersection des syst\u00e8mes de domination (classe, race et sexe). Dans cette optique, les rapports nord-sud et les relations entre les Occidentaux et les autres (notamment les immigr\u00e9\u00b7es) sont analys\u00e9s comme des d\u00e9clinaisons de la supr\u00e9matie des \u00ab\u00a0blancs\u00a0\u00bb. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, la perspective universaliste des droits humains, qui fonde les valeurs d\u00e9mocratiques, para\u00eet comme une vision gommant la diversit\u00e9 et les singularit\u00e9s des peuples et des groupes non-occidentaux au profit de la supr\u00e9matie des blancs. Dans la m\u00eame lanc\u00e9e, le f\u00e9minisme dit occidental se voit consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le repr\u00e9sentant des femmes blanches de classe moyenne dont les revendications ne tiennent pas compte des int\u00e9r\u00eats des femmes appartenant aux peuples, aux classes et aux groupes domin\u00e9s.
