Pour ce faire, il importe d\u2019\u00eatre attentif \u00e0 deux \u00e9cueils : celui d\u2019une perception homog\u00e8ne de ces femmes qui omettrait leur singularit\u00e9\u00a0; celui du recours \u00e0 des principes universels pour nier les particularit\u00e9s des situations et les discriminations syst\u00e9miques engendr\u00e9es par les conditions \u00e9conomiques, socioculturelles et politiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette d\u00e9marche, l\u2019adoption d\u2019une approche interculturelle dynamique aide \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-466-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-466-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-466-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong>Se d\u00e9centrer et prendre de la distance vis-\u00e0-vis de soi-m\u00eame - mieux cerner ses propres cadres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au regard des enjeux de l\u2019intervention sociale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-466-1-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor\" data-index=\"2\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong>N\u00e9gocier et construire un cadre commun - revenir sur ses propres cadres de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en termes de mission \u00e0 accomplir pour initier un dialogue et un \u00e9change\u00a0; \u00e9noncer clairement sa position et sa mission pour aider l\u2019autre \u00e0 mieux d\u00e9finir la place et la port\u00e9e de l\u2019intervention sociale\u00a0; construire \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0 une entente autour de la d\u00e9marche \u00e0 engager.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-466-1-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> R\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de ne pas mettre sous tutelle les femmes accompagn\u00e9es et de favoriser leur participation \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition du probl\u00e8me et \u00e0 la recherche de solutions. Pour cela, il convient de prendre en compte leurs ressources dans la recherche et la construction des solutions, et d\u2019\u00e9laborer divers sc\u00e9narios de r\u00e9ponse afin qu\u2019elles aient le choix dans la mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-466-1-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-466-1-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> D\u00e9couvrir le cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de l\u2019autre - \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de l\u2019autre pour comprendre son point de vue et son positionnement, sans pour autant justifier des propos ou des actes discriminatoires ou violents - notamment ceux commis envers les femmes - au nom de diff\u00e9rences culturelles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-466-1-1-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor\" data-index=\"5\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> N\u00e9gocier et \u00e9tablir un contrat clair d\u00e9finissant les conditions de la relation et les objectifs \u00e0 poursuivre ; \u00e9noncer clairement les domaines de responsabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9ciproque.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-466-1-1-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"6\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p><strong>\u21d2<\/strong> Sortir d\u2019une vision d\u00e9valorisant l\u2019immigration comme source de probl\u00e8mes, alors que de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences positives et cr\u00e9atives de femmes immigr\u00e9es et issues des immigrations prouvent l\u2019inverse. Faire conna\u00eetre et valoriser leurs apports \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise soutient la lutte contre le racisme et les
